Janitors in Two Point Hospital are NPC's they used to make your hospital clean, empty your 
Bin, extinguish fire with the 
Fire Extinguisher, Hunting Ghost, Repair Machines like 
Extract-a-Pan, 
EZ-Scan, 
Dehumorfier, 
Jab Master, 
Colourizer, 
X-ray Machine 
Drug Mixer, 
Heart Racer, 
Fluid Accelerator and 
M.E.G.A Scanner also can use to upgrade these Machines or to repair, that they wont set fire. Janitors need to refill Food and Drink Machines and water your plants.
Janitors Training[]
You need to train your Janitors to specialize the Janitors. After training they could hunt ghosts or you can upgrade some machines to increase the efficiency. Watch out that it is not enough to increase the machines. You need also to train your Nurses or Doctors to heal efficient.

Ranks and Promotion[]
After you have Train your Staff you can usually Promote them. That will increase some Stats and allow them to take more money. When you Promote your Staff, the Rank will increase.

Ghost Hunting[]
When an Patients health will decrease by a time without Staff they heal them or he stands too long in the line, he will die. After he is dying he appairs as a Ghost and will hunt other patients and the staff. Only a Janitor with the Skill Ghost Capture will able to take the Ghost’s away.
You can make an Achievements when you let 100 patients die.
Janitors in Two Point Hospital is a state of an patient when he lost his health.
The patient lost his health when he does not get an treatment for too long. Or the treatment is failed.
There's also a chance the patient will return to haunt the hospital! If this happens, you'll need a Janitor with a Ghost Capture qualification.
Ectoplasm[]
Research allows the collection of extoplasm to be put in a jar and be reunited with their family.
Catching ghosts will enable you to increase research on illnesses.
When a patient dies, sometimes a part of them remains. The most terrifying part, sadly. This can be quite upsetting for those of us still clinging on to life. Not only that, but ghosts are messy blighters, leaving behind a trail of ectoplasm. They also have a habit of dematerializing and popping up elsewhere.
They are fully trained with the latest autopsychic ghost suction technology. In fact, they might even be able to harvest spiritual matter for use by our research team.
| Ghosts scare nearby Patients and Staff, causing them to run away and giving them a negative Feeling: "Scared of Ghost".This reduces their Happiness. |
| Ghosts leave puddles of Ectoplasm, which require a Janitor to mop up |
| Not every Patient that dies comes back as a Ghost. It is a random chance. |
| Ghost Capture only adds to the current Research project if the Ghost died from an illness related to the project. |
| If you mouseover a Ghost, a pop-up will tell you how the Patient expired. For instance, "Treatment failed for Misery Guts." |

Machines could set fire, when machines health is low. Only Janitors can put out the fire with an Fire Extinguisher and repair machines with Maintenance

If you do not have any Bin, the Patients will throw everything on the ground. When you place Bin, you need to clean them. You need to clean Toilets and the Floor, when you have not enough Bin or Toilets in your Hospital.

When you sell Food and Drinks, you need to refill the Machines. Janitors do it for you.

Upgrading[]
You need a Doctor with Research in a Research Room to make better Machines and unlock new Machines. After you have finish researched and can upgrade a Machine you need to klick on the Machine you want to upgrade and klick on the small janitor symbol with a little star. When you have enough money you can upgrade the machine now. Technical Machines
